Not just the common people who are taken over by this trend even the celebrities and politicians have referenced Moye Moye in one way or other. Every other country has been engulfed in this craze.

Well, despite all this, there are very few who actually know where this song originates from and how this got viral. And that's why we are here for! Let's dive in to know more on this...

For the starters, its not Moye Moye, it's Moye More or Moje More and this is a repetitive lines from a Serbian song  Dzanum penned by Teya Dora, Slobodan Veljković Coby  sung by Teya Dora and music attributed to Teya Dora, Luka Jovanovic . The song with time of just around 3 minutes, was released in March 2023 has already garnered millions and millions of views and appreciated by the netizens all over. Such was the amount of fame , attention it received that even Teya Dora has expressed gratitude for the way the song has been welcomed by everyone globally.

The song itself through its lyrics is trying to express the sadness, anguish and pain of the person who is trying to looking for a hope yet has accepted that destiny has written suffering all over for the person. The term Moye More itself translates into My Nightmares

Becoming a latest internet obsession, this phrase is being referred all over be it in parodies, memes, reels. Some finding it a good way to deliver a mocking response to a given situation as well. Be it a team losing in a sport like cricket, be it sentimental plots, providing a comic relief to a painful situation or any other. It has kind of become a meme song in countries like India.

Even though this song has been repurposed for a more comedic angle , dark humor to a very large extent, If we actually look into it, the song lyrics do have deep meaning and express a depth of emotions through it. Portrayal of a person who is emotionally at a very low point and might be looking for a strand of hope to hang over. A constant struggle and fight with the nightmares, depression and for living.

The lines Ⲛiko neće džanum, Ⲛi za živu glavu, ᗪa mi leči ranu, Ⲛiko neće džanum literally translates to Nobody wants my soul, Not for anything in the world, To try and heal my wound, Nobody wants my soul

Although, it might be used for more comic relief, we have to always ensure that we do not intentionally, unintentionally offend or mock people in a very insensitive way for them to get affected mentally. They say life is about celebrating happiness, joy, fun together, let's use these platforms in a way to spread happiness, laughter bringing people together. Who knows a smile can uplift a person's mood in a way that we cannot even imagine.

Well, that's about the Moye Moye, I mean Moye More trend. Also Teodora Pavlovska or Teya Dora also has other songs to her credits. One such being Yin and Yang which came out around 2019.

Until next time, when we try to understand and find the story behind some other trend!
